Welcome,

This blog is pure for educational purpose.

I started working in the IT at a support desk.
We all know how that feels: Have you rebooted your computer?
And no, this is not telling you that support desks aren’t important or that working there isn’t fun. But most of the time you don’t have the time to find out  why something isn’t working. If you can fix it with a reboot why should i waste 30 minutes troubleshooting register, logfiles, local profiles, reinstallations if a reboot fixes it for now.

But what if you DO want to know what happens?

We all heard the story of kids that have the WHY Phase….I don’t think i ever converged to the next phase.  For me the question is the start for the answer. If you truly want to find out how something is working you start asking yourself the question:
Why isn’t it working?
But also:
Why is it working?

But most importantly is it to not blame the network (yet)
